Once we had the check, we immediately notified you and cashed the check without delay. Whilst we understand you may have sent the check immediately, we unfortunately did not receive it until April 27th. In our experience, our customers prefer to self-service their accounts online themselves unless their account is in or approaching arrears but we’ll certainly take this feedback on board to see where we might be able to improve. We’re sorry to hear you would like to cancel and we will of course process your request, but I hope you can see that the delay in the loan being paid was not because of any delays here at Transform Credit. We also informed you of this when you eventually returned our call several days later, and said we needed to clarify with your co-signer what he meant by his message to be sure he wanted to continue as a co-signer. We tried to call your co-signer on 5 separate occasions to get the funds released and clarify what his message meant but we could not get through, and did not receive a reply. We replied to him straight away asking what he meant by his message and we tried to call you both several times during the last week to clarify if you were both still going ahead with the loan. However, your co-signer then replied to that message immediately with a message that was unclear as to its meaning. We informed you and your co-signer via text message that the funds were to be released that day. Had the higher ups used what we knew and trained us to continue to love on our customers up the chain of activities we could have infected our entire chain of activities to all become added value activities.Hi Bryan, Your loan was approved and was about to be paid out last week. We also knew what customers came to buy so we could have added product and services to the menu. That would have rocketed Any effort being made in this position and those added value performers could then have recruited and trained more value added performers.

So that deters future growth in a community and sabotages our work.īut had we become those positions after say a year or 9 months in this position we could have made sure all performance met with customer's goals. We sold what any customer would benefit from which was our service but not all on the chain of added value activities. I think we would have had greater success meeting our goals if they could have trained us after several months to become the next position up because we knew what customers wanted in added value activities. The management was creative, kind, supportive, flexible, realistic, and excited about meeting goals in a healthy, fun way.
