I was using AVG Antivirus, but then uninstalled it and now using Avira. I have uninstalled all VC++ Runtime packages I had, and then reinstalled VC++ 2008, 20 (just because I use VS2013 and VS2015 on a daily basis, so I need them as well) Even rebooted to safe mode to ensure it works properly. And there might be more things that I tried but I can't remember. disk and registry cleanup with CCleaner

running in safe mode (not sure if poor drivers in safe mode or just crashes again) debugging GTA5.exe with VS2013 to see if I can do anything about it (nope, always breaks in different places) running after performing a clean boot (no services or startup apps) removing my GTAV saves and social club profile data

I could normally play the game with stable 60FPS at 1080p so I highly doubt I don't meet the requirements, + a friend who also owns the Steam version plays it with an A10-6700K and a GT620, has no problems.

My specs are i5-4440K, 8GB DDR3 RAM, ASUS HD7770 1GB-GDDR5, running Win10 Pro 圆4. which is just ridiculous, considering its price. The game worked perfectly since I bought it on December 22nd, I just can't play it since the last update. The event logs either point to GTA5.exe (that's mostly when I get to the intro) or socialclub.dll (that's when the launcher crashes) or GTAVLauncher.exe (that's if the launcher doesn't crash but the game doesn't start and it tells me to start in safe mode, which does nothing).
Still, the important information is there. Yep, some stuff in there is in Polish since that's what my Windows is set to. You should also disable applications such as MSI Afterburner, EVGA Precision X1, RTSS Rivatuner, ASUS GPU Tweak II. If you are using Intelligent standby list cleaner and running while playing the game, ISLC may cause memory issues (Faulting Module). You should try enabling the V-sync and lowering the Texture Quality.
